Smashhead's Egg Chicken Noodles - Recipe

Hello, so I have decided to make a separate blog for my food vlogs. I took this decision to share my experiments with recipes with everyone and especially for those who prefer reading more than watching. Here is my first post and I am presenting Egg Chicken Noodles, a fusion I did by preparing noodles out of egg and combining them up. So let’s proceed towards the recipe!!


Ingredients:

250 gm Chicken Breast
2 Eggs
1 tbs Salt (As per taste)
2 tbs Black Pepper
Garlic
Green Chili
Capsicum
Broccoli
Soya Sauce
Cooking Oil

Procedure:

* Preparing the noodles:
1. Take a frying pan and heat it at medium flame and pour 1 tbs of cooking oil. Take the separated egg white and spread it all around the pan so that it makes a circle.
2. After the egg white fried properly, roll it and chop it and mix it up; which will look like rice noodles. 

*Cooking the chicken:
3. Take cooking pan and heat near 2 tbs of cooking oil. After heating the oil, add the sliced chicken breasts. Let them fry till they turn white in colour and do stir them so that it get friend properly.
4. After cooking for 5 minutes add nicely chopped garlic and ripped green chili to it.
5. After 3 minutes add required salt, black pepper.
6. After 2 minutes add capsicum and broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Take a cap of soya sauce and spread it widely and then mix it properly and cook for 2 minutes and then you are done as soon as the chicken turns brownish and the smell of flavors become strong.

*Mixing chicken and egg noodles.
8. Keep the chicken aside and take the same pan. Pour 1 tbs of cooking oil, heat it and then fry the remaining of the eggs. Make sure to spread it around the pan.
9. Add the noodles followed by chicken and stir mix them properly for 1 minute and then you are done with Egg Chicken Noodles !!!

Prep time - 20-25 minutes
